Summary
Sonic shares an apartment with Shadow. And a bed. And good-morning kisses.
Shadow is his best friend. Sonic really doesn’t see what’s so difficult to understand about that.

Summary
Sonic has come home. The city is rebuilding, and Shadow keeps finding reasons to return.
In an abandoned outpost, Shadow finds a clothbound file: a record of Sonic’s six months in captivity, and of what was made from the Shadow Sonic remembered.
He carries it away. He does not take it to GUN.The tenderness you gave came edged in rust and doubt,
and so we kissed among the ruins—
each the other's, past all refusal.

Summary
Three broken ribs, a son who's stopped smiling with his eyes, and a black hedgehog everyone says didn't survive. Tom Wachowski has spent years bracing for the day his boy brings someone home — he just never imagined it would be the hand that nearly killed him.
Two kids, two fathers, and a café in the next town over. Told from both sides of the door.

Summary
Sonic is not dead. Shadow knows it better than anyone — he is the Ultimate Life Form; the line between a living thing and a corpse is a sheet of paper he has torn through a hundred times, and what can be torn can be mended.
He just hasn't found the way to mend it yet. That's all.

Summary
Aang is helpful to his very bones, which is why he drags his friends on a quest to find the source of the strange sounds that the villagers claim originate deep in the forest. While they aren't expecting anything specific, they're definitely not expecting to find a tower with no visible doors.

Featuring: Zuko’s confused relationship with the concept of freedom, Azula’s confused relationship with the concept of destiny, Aang being painfully helpful, Toph being painfully Toph, Katara being concerned, and Sokka’s crush being visible from outer space.

Summary
The nerd always had that thinly veiled disdain look in his face at the mere mention of his brothers.
“Look,” Sonic bargained, sitting up straighter on his knees to look Shadow dead in the eye. “It’s just for tonight. The second it wraps, I’ll come straight up here. And then…” He hesitated, gears turning behind those green eyes as he scrambled for a bribe Shadow couldn't turn down. “I’ll let you do whatever weird shit you want. You wanted to lick me here, right?” He raised his elbow, “Yeah, you can have it. Promise I won’t complain.”
Shadow’s attention is immediately piqued. “Even if I put my dick on it?”
Sonic huffed. “Did you have to phrase it like that, you freak?” But after a beat, he gave a jerky nod.
“...Yeah. Fine. You can.”
Shadow thinks Sonic is due for a punishment. The two (sorta) it out.

Summary
“Do you think about love, much?” Sonic asked, plain and open.
“Never,” Tails lied, waiting, hoping to see blue roll again, ocean wave views.
“All nuts and bolts up there?”
“A few schematics, movie plots… flight routes… many things,” he added, ignoring the many details he had memorized around Sonic’s average velocity, the aerodynamics of his body, the way his laugh turned a room of people into sunflowers looking for sunshine…
Nuts and bolts.
OR Sonic and Tails smoke a bowl after a long day and the subtext subtexts until Tails is making his move, eating Sonic out, and slipping it in.
