“Sorry I'm late, don, got a little carried away returning to these halls- always was a maze! Sir Felix Ca-ahh.”
He'd lunged forward with a hand outstretched, ready to shake as the professor had straightened up. He turned in his chair lazily, freezing Felix in an awkward, half-bent position with those chilly blue eyes. There was a long moment as Oliver Quick observed him, no expression on his face, before a small smile made his mouth twitch. “It's good to see you, Felix. You look well.”
Felix Catton is a happily married father of three teenagers, approaching 40, and he hasn't seen Oliver since his unfortunate overdose... Everything should be perfect. Everything is perfect.
Until Felix's oldest daughter wants him to smooth things over with her tutor- and he finds himself face-to-face with Professor Oliver Quick. He's older. Wiser. Sensible. He doesn't lie any more.

Charlie and Vaggi find a half-angel half-human baby. Feeling his parental instincts going wild and having knowledge of half-angels, Lucifer offers to take care of her. It all goes well, too well, until they are attacked.
Injured and powers draining, Lucifer summons a portal to take him and the baby somewhere safe by Charlie's command.
Only, the portal leaves him in 1930, powerless and floundering. Oh, and past Alastor is here! How nice. Gosh, Lucifer hates that guy.

Summary
In the coastal town of Purgatory, everyone knows the mythology of the Seven Deadly Sins - seven ocean deities bound to the watery abyss, ruled by the Sin of Pride. And of course, everyone knows that Lucifer is the worst of them all, even if no one can quite agree on what he looks like.
Alastor Boudreaux, Purgatory’s politest radio host with a side gig in murder, is more than irritated when a strange mermaid follows him home after disposing of a body doesn’t go as planned. He’s even more annoyed to find that this creature is supposedly the Herald of Lucifer, a being as old as the Sins themselves, but the sugar on the cream is that the blasted thing is determined to be friends with him.
As for Lucifer, well, he’s having a great time with his new best friend. As long as Alastor doesn’t find out who he is, and as long as Lucifer doesn’t fall in love, everything’s going to be fine.
