Summary
Clicking on the messaging app, Gwayne was once again bombarded with the texts he had been receiving throughout the year.
Where are you? Don’t tell me you're still throwing this tantrum. I’m not going to sign that nonsense your blasphemous lawyers drew up.
You can’t simply disappear from your husband, Gwayne. Do you think I won’t find you? I always find you.
Daeron asked about you again. You don’t want to keep hurting his feelings. The maesters say they’ve found him praying to the Mother for you.
And then his eyes caught on the most recent one.
I see. That’s why you’ve been away from me. You find yourself in the embrace of another. And a Dornishman, at that?
or,
A year after fleeing Oldtown, Gwayne is tracked down by his estranged husband. Forced to play nice for the sake of their son, Gwayne quickly realizes that Ormund has no intention of letting him leave their marriage. He's come to remind Gwayne who he belongs to.

Summary
"You know, for the brief time I was away from you...God's it was peaceful." Gwayne felt his body relax at the mere memory of it, facing the wall as he spoke.
The wall was easier, and far more agreeable than Ormond."I was a respected knight, not a subject to your follies. Kings Landing loved me more than Oldtown ever did."
Going so long without insults or glances of disgust felt like such a novelty to Gwayne, though it only made him realise that very few lords or ladies cared for his nocturnal urges beyond Ormond and his men.
He was brother to the Dowager Queen, uncle to the king, and a beacon of Hightower light among the Red Keep. Who truly cared if his gaze lingered too long upon other knights or serving boys?
Once upon a time, unlike King's Landing's foul stench, Oldtown's air was fresh and free; the sea lapped at the Hightower's foundations while the seagulls soared overhead. The breeze would graze Gwayne's hair, a feeling only ever replicated by the tender touch of a lover. Yet the dark torment of Ormond and his cronies made such an open place feel claustrophobic, the air thick with judgement. And now it was gathering again.Bookmarked by jakeGGC

"I am the judge of your worth," Ormund whispered fiercely, his face inches from Gwayne’s.
Two years after cutting off his high-society family, Gwayne is flat broke, exhausted, and barely surviving on minimum wage and anonymous online photos. Enter Ormund Hightower: his infuriatingly wealthy, obsessively controlling ex-fiancé, who just caught him in the act.
