As Sanji watched Zoro heave his body up from the couch, he knew it was the right time to do what he wanted. There would probably never arise such a chance again to have Zoro this weak. Well unless Sanji put drugs in his food again.
When Zoro came to a standstill in front of Sanji, he looked up from his work with the mandarins. He had peeled several of them by now, so for the next step he separated the little pieces from each other. Sanji turned to Zoro and told him "Close your eyes, marimo."

So with no good intentions he crushed the pills and let them dissolve in a glass of water.
The mermaid had not bathed in a while so it would be thirsty, with that in mind, Zoro went to it in the aquarium bar. It lay on some towels beside the actual aquarium to keep the wooden floor from being damaged. When Zoro held out the glass of water it snatched it out of his hand.
Almost as if hypnotised Zoro kept watching as the mermaid gulped down the water desperately. Only that the mermaid did not know that it had just sealed its own fate.
