After the Battle of Endor, Luke finds himself swept through a sandstorm into the past before the Republic and his father fell.

Summary
Luke never really considered what it would mean to have caused the deaths of more than a million people when he blew up the Death Star. It would have been nice to know that those deaths had clung to him and could be seen in The Force before he traveled back in time and accidentally terrorized the first Jedi he ran across.

Summary
All Din wanted to do was help Luke explore an abandoned jedi temple. Now they're 30 years in the past and Din accidentally convinced some jedi into thinking they've traveled forward in time rather than backwards. No-one asks Luke about this.
Basically Din ends up in the clone wars but through his lack of pre-empire knowledge and Anakin’s willingness to jump to conclusions, Din has accidentally convinced the old jedi order that he’s an ancient mandalorian and Luke is an ancient jedi. And no-one decides to explain this to Luke.
