Summary
The Jisung standing in the kitchen doorway is unlike any of Minho’s memories.
He’s grown out of his awkward gawkiness entirely. His tousled hair curls at his nape, stylishly cut. He has what look like designer glasses perched on his nose, and he’s wearing a shirt that draws attention to both his broad shoulders and slight waist. When he catches Minho’s eye, he gives him a familiar smile—once sweet and goofy as a preteen, now totally disarming.
He’s horrendously Minho’s type. Like, embarrassingly.
His mind spins and spins until he can’t make out any singular thought in the chaos. His inner monologue is one solid, whirring thing.
“Been a long time since I had a proper bug sighting,” he says, trying not to sound as winded as he feels. He’s staring. He can’t help it. He’s looking at an apparition of the kind of pretty-eyed guy he’d approach in a bar, here in Chan’s nice kitchen, wearing little Jisung’s smile.
When Minho reconnects with his childhood friends, he finds himself struggling with unexpected feelings for Chan's little brother Jisung.

Summary
"Are you sure you don't just find him annoying because he's pretty?"
Minho's familiar had never been particularly helpful when it came to her magical duties. And now with a new neighbour, Jisung, moving in she seemed even more distracted.
It didn't help that Jisung was far too annoying for Minho's likings. First taking the herbs he so desperately needed for his potions, then his atrocious music choices that everyone in the village seemed to very much enjoy. And worse, his familiar seemed to have taken a weird sort of liking to him.
But, as annoying as Minho claimed he was, he found it very difficult to stay away from him.

Summary
Pain shot through Jisung’s bad knee. He stumbled back against the wall, holding his shoulder where he’d hit the guy, and stared at the mess spread between them. Sue Jisung, he’d had a shitty day, and all the misery and exhaustion from the last thirteen hours boiled over.
"What the hell?!" Jisung snapped, pushing wet hair out of his eyes to glare up at the guy. "Are you blind?!"
The guy didn't flinch, he didn't yell back or look startled, or even offended. He just stood there, still, and let out a slow breath.
Then he lifted his right hand. Dangling from his wrist was a thin, folded white cane with a red tip. He held it up slightly, his face completely blank."Yes," he said.
Jisung froze.
Or: Jisung moves into his new place and has a terrible first impression with his new super hot but also super blind neighbour, whom he immediately insults.
A 5 times Jisung tried to get Minho to like him and 1 time it worked

Summary
Minho is an accountant wasting his life away in a job he hates and an unchanging routine. Jisung is an aspiring tattoo artist-slash-bartender that doesn't have anything figured out. Their paths should've never crossed, but they did, and it leads to a summer of desire, learning vulnerability, and making peace with the past.
(Or: Minho and Jisung go on a life-changing roadtrip and stumble into being friends with benefits, on the condition that it's only for the summer. They have until October to figure out what it is they truly want.)
