So when Yuna and Ilya both start referring to Ilya as the favorite son, Shane is happy. He smiles. But overtime, the joke wears on him. After all, Ilya is in Ottawa and spends more time with his parents. And the time he spends with his mom is all about brand deals, like she's transitioned fully from mom to manager. And then there's the Voyaguers. His plan to come out hadn't gone well and the team is a mess. His teammates and coaching staff are sure they would be better without him. Suddenly everything is too much after Montreal gets blown out by the New York Admirals. Shane wakes up the next morning hungover in Scott Hunter's guest room, and for once, he doesn't have a plan of where to go next.
