Summary
“Spock, I…” McCoy stopped again and swallowed, still not meeting Spock’s gaze. His voice came out almost strangled. “Well, I… I feel like I need to admit some things to you. I dunno if we’re gettin’ out of here and I just need you to know how I really feel. How I’ve always felt.”
He hung his head, then, as if he were doing and saying shameful things, as if he deserved to feel ashamed at all. Spock leaned forward, wishing he had the courage to close the gap between them and take McCoy into his arms.
“Yes, Doctor?” He prompted gently, expecting the sentiments of friendship, the admittance of the fact that they’d never really been enemies with one another, that McCoy’s playful antagonism had never been meant as true hostility.
McCoy drew in a deep breath, and then—
“I’m in love with you.”

Summary
Stuck in a shuttle with Spock, McCoy is just about ready to start climbing the walls. There's been tension between them for some time, not in the least helped by Jim's thinly veiled suggestions to bring the three of them together in the bedroom.
To his great surprise, Spock isn't as opposed to the idea as he'd believed... And with a shuttle that's not going anywhere, he might as well hitch a ride with Spock instead.
