Kaveh's hair was longer than it had ever been before, falling halfway down his back. If it had been healthy, he likely would have let it keep growing forever. But after months of poor self-care and stress, it looked straggly and dull. He hadn't told Alhaitham how to cut it; he didn't even know what he wanted, but for some reason, he trusted that the other man would get it right.
Kaveh has struggled with life since his work on the palace ended, but he's ready to move forward because he knows that he doesn't have to keep struggling alone.
