Even worse since he isn't in Camelot, and rather on the forests with his King and the Knights for a quest. Now he must hide those painful changes while making sure his magic isn't discovered by his friends.

“I’m sorry, but seriously? That’s all it takes? What about the 118? What about—”

Buck stopped short, breath halting as if Eddie had stuck a knife between his ribs.—
or, Post 8x08, Buck and Eddie deal poorly with their feelings, and Buck gets shot. Not necessarily in that order.
