Summary
After saving Jazz from the collapsing tunnel, Orion Pax had promptly passed out. When he woke back up, though, something was different. Something about him had changed. Something had changed the way he looked at his best friend.
And it broke D-16's spark to think about it.
When Optimus Prime woke up as Orion Pax again, he had panicked at first, but he soon realized the opportunity at hand to fix where things went wrong. He was going to save D-16 from becoming Megatron and prevent the war that destroyed Cybertron. He would set things right this time, and he wasn't going to lose anyone else now that he had a second chance.
If only he would stop seeing those red optics on his best friend’s face.

Summary
After 3 million years of the civil war, Optimus Prime was dead.
Orion Pax woke up back in the past with his memories returned, but there were little deviations in the system: Elita was promoted as supervisor, missing miners, Sentinel's regime was weaker—his power partially distributed to different bots. Meanwhile, D-16 didn't seem to remember everything, and had more success as a miner in this life.
Everyone returned to a time before the Quintessons, before the Civil War; before Optimus Prime and Megatron ever existed. But the twist was, everyone too, will slowly remember their past lives, and it will come to them at an unknown time. Optimus Prime, now as Orion Pax again, has a do-over to save everyone once more.

Ratchet flinched as a servo clunked down on his shoulder and cursed under his breath as he felt a cable tighten in his neck and begin to ache.
“Wheeljack.” he muttered as he rubbed at the sore braiding with the tips of his digits, voice strained with polite patience. -
