It’s Peter’s fault Uncle Ben died. He’d run off after a fight about Peter’s behavior at school and Ben went looking. Ben got shot by a mugger that he hadn’t stopped. Aunt May died because he’d been stupid. He’d been reckless, crossing into Manhattan as Spider-Man—hadn’t been close when the crash happened. If he’d been there, he’d have heard it. He’d have gotten May out. Things would’ve been okay.

Tony Stark has been through the wringer after the mess with the Accords, and getting used to Captain Perfect and his parent-killing boy toy moving into his tower (not that he holds a grudge or anything). On top of that, Fury and the Capsicle are obsessed with some 20 something webslinging-vigilante from Queens, and are insisting that he help in bringing the kid in.
16-year-old Peter Parker has been living on the streets since he ran away from his foster home after beating up his abusive foster dad. He’s also Spider-Man, and after losing everyone he's ever cared about, is doing what he needs to survive as a traumatized teenage superhero in NYC. Summary
The apartment was smaller than the word apartment deserved.
Calling it a box would have been more honest. Four walls, a ceiling low enough that Peter felt like he’d bang his head trying to stand up from unpacking, and a window that technically opened but jammed half the time. The place smelled faintly of mildew, maybe because of the carpet - or maybe because this whole building had given up on life a few decades ago and was just waiting for someone merciful to bulldoze it.
He told himself it was fine. He told himself worse things had happened. Which, technically, was true.
That didn’t make him feel any better.

However, the truth is that Peter Parker, also known as Spider-Man, was injured in a fight with villains, so Mr. Stark has grounded him and forbidden him from leaving his room.

Summary
Peter Parker is in university, last year of his double major, in fact. For years, he's avoided any reminder of old Peter Parker, managing fine until the famous senior tech workshop where you go to the top 5 leading technology companies to be what they call 'a workshop intern.' for a week. Which means he's going right into the lion's den- Stark Industries.
No one remembers him, he's sure but FRIDAY starts glitching around him anyway and
now Tony Stark is involved, trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with his building. He's intrigued and when he's intrigued there's nothing that can stop him.TL;DR: FRIDAY doesn't fully forget all the coding Tony put into her for Peter Parker before the forgetting. As the saying goes, you can never truly delete anything from the internet. Or, in this case, the smartest AI. Peter goes on to SI. Tony wants to know what's going on.
