Summary
Jason, from his early days as Robin to his later days as Red Hood, has had a unique skill set. It ends up being weirdly useful and also possibly the grossest way to have a father-son relationship moment, but hey, that’s life.

Summary
Heartbreak. That was the name for the ache in his chest. And the way his heart was racing and his skin was flushed was arousal. It was embarrassing to realise he was half-turned on in the middle of an empty street, no apparent trigger in sight, but he pushed through it. Who was this? Who would make him feel like this and attack him with… an arrow…
Percy glanced down at the broken pieces of the arrow at his feet. It was gilded, he realised. It gleamed gold under the streetlights.
“Eros,” he spat. “For fuck’s sake, show yourself.”
-
As an adult, Percy has settled into his life, but he's still struggling to find a relationship that will last with him through everything - thick and thin, til death do us part, all of that. It's painful to try and to fail, over and over again.
Unfortunately, the god of love finds it very entertaining.

Summary
The sea keeps its prince close, but the stars have a way of calling those who dream. And Percy has always been drawn to the light.
"Tell me about the surface again," he begs a whale, her skin weathered and scarred from countless journeys.
She hums, a deep vibration that Percy feels in his bones. The sky changes colors, little prince. Sometimes it's as blue as your father's realm, other times it burns with reds and golds that would make Midas weep.
Percy closes his eyes, trying to imagine it. He's seen glimpses of the sky from beneath the waves, but never in its full glory. One day, he promises himself. One day he'll see it all.

In which Jason getting the lead role in the school play is the easiest part of it all.
---
Dick turned and faced him then, showing off the frown on his face. “You need help, or B does and he’s too proud to ask?”Jason felt his face twist up and start to scowl. “B doesn’t know I’m here.”
Dick snorted. “Sure.”
“He doesn’t! I’m here because of him. I have this... thing that I need to ask him but it’s not about a case and—you have to know what that’s like. You were with him for so long.”
There’s silence while Dick inspected him and Jason found himself trying not to twitch, to brush back his cape or straighten his belt. He felt very small under that gaze. Miniscule and unimportant. “You want my advice on how to talk to him,” Dick finally said, voice flat.
Jason nodded eagerly. “Yes. Yeah. It’s—hard. I’ve only lived with him a few months and you were there for years. I don’t know how to—”
“You don’t.”

All Jason wanted was a case that was simple, clean, and far away from the latest mess in Gotham. Magic wasn't the Outlaws' area of expertise, but they soon found themselves investigating a dark wizard with a penchant for organ harvesting.
When an accident on the case leaves Jason as a clueless seven year old with a memory that's spotty at best, what else can his team do but go to his family for help?

Jason cursed suddenly. He ran out of the room and came back carrying the clear bag of gummies from the kitchen. “Gremlin, please tell me you didn’t eat any of these.”
Damian giggled again. “Why? Richard says a few pieces of candy once in a while is perfectly acceptable.”

Summary
Thirteen-year-old Jason Todd was stuck navigating life, maneuvering around his father and his unpredictable moods, while chasing the education he's always wanted. A surprise scholarship to Gotham Academy mid-way through the semester left Jason excited and hopeful for a brighter future, and life seemed good at first. He even made some friends, when a twelve-year-old named Tim Drake got assigned to show him around and decided to fold Jason into his little friend group.
But the longer Jason was there, the more angry his dad became. The more time Jason spent at school, the less time he spent running drugs for Black Mask's gang, and if Jason didn't pick up the slack, who was going to pay for his dad's alcohol habit?
Jason didn’t need rescuing. He wasn’t a damsel in distress, and this wasn’t a fantasy novel. But when his path crossed with Batman, Jason was going to have a mighty hard time saying "no."

Summary
She really does mean it when she says she plans on telling Bruce herself. Seriously. It is on the to-do list.
It should be so simple. Hey, B, so, funny story — I got shot in the head while you were gone. But I'm totally doing way better now and it wasn't even that big of a deal. So if you have any other questions just ask Babs, because I only remember about seventy percent of the last eight months, if we're being so for real.
The guy's still hobbling around with a cane, for god's sake. She can just say it and then bolt. What's he going to do, chase her?
And yet, somehow, the right spot to say these words never quite makes itself known.
Or: that time Steph got shot in the head during Batgirl (2009) is a bit of a bigger deal than it was in canon.
