Something was going on between those two. Whether they realized it or not, the air around them had changed, and Sanemi was not going to sit back and let Kanae's sister fall for a socially stunted wall without getting some answers first.
With a frown on his face, he turned toward the main grounds. He needed to get to the bottom of this.

Naegi Makoto opens his eyes in a… familiar place.
There’s a pounding pain in the back of his head. Like he was… hit with something. Mindlessly, he reaches up with his right hand to rub through the back of his hair, hissing softly in pain. Yeah… definitely a bruise. Maybe the start of a bump, too.
He rubs at his eyes. He must have fallen asleep. Maybe fallen period. Though if he had just tripped and fell and knocked himself out – not exactly out of the question, for someone like him. Maizono-san always does like to tease him for being clumsy – he doesn’t know why he would be waking up with his head on one of the desks in the Data Center of all places.
He blinks. Weird. He can hear voices. Familiar, but distorted. Like he’s hearing them through a speaker, or a microphone, or a monitor.
“Maizono Sayaka, Ultimate–”
“Togami Byakuya, Ultimate–”
“Fukawa Touko–”
His classmates. Introducing themselves to… each other?
He blinks the haze out of his eyes and audibly groans. He lifts his head from the table.
Then he sees her.
