    Ryland Grace gets called in to look at Astrophage and make first contact with an alien species. To bad he made first contact a while ago, it's just that nobody knew. Getting to work on Project Hail Mary might just be the second best thing to ever happen to him as it means Grace reunites with someone he thought lost. Maybe. There still a sun to save.

    But at least now he has Rocky back.

    A series in which Rocky is human shaped but still very alien, he and Grace are in a non platonic QPR, and the sun is still dying. It's basically a humanoid Rocky AU canon divergence to the book and movie! Don't worry, it's a happy ending.

The thought of packing up the last of his things and making Robby’s place his official home left a quiet ache in Dennis's chest, even as the pull toward something more permanent with Robby grew stronger every day. It felt like choosing between two homes, and he wasn’t ready to let go of either. He was ashamed of his greed.

    A mix of emotions crossed her face as her eyes flickered between him and the road, soft and exasperated. “You know, man, you’re such a fuckin’ Huckle—OH SHIT!”

    The words cut off abruptly as she jerked the wheel. The tires screeched against asphalt, the world tilting violently as metal crunched and the car spun. Dennis’s stomach dropped, his hands flying out to brace against the dash, and then everything went black.

    Or, a terrible accident forces Robby, Dennis, and Trinity to get their shit together.
