Kim Soleum quit Daydream immediately after the orientation and tried to live peacefully as a civilian. Unfortunately he seemed to have attracted Darkness left and right and frequently fell into supernatural accident. To keep as many people alive as possible (so it's less scary!), he pretended to be a Bureau member to get people to cooperate. Before he knew it, he saved enough people to get the silver heart badge and inevitably encountered real Bureau members (who insisted on recruiting him!?). What a coward to do?
