Summary
After failing spectacularly to allow his title and holdings to fall into abeyance, Simon Basset, the Duke of Hastings, is frog-marched by his godmother back to London. Simon's only solace in returning to English soil is his vow that the title his late father prized will die with him. His increasingly frequent run-ins with a certain redhead, however, begin to challenge everything Simon thought he knew about the future he wanted.
