Summary
“Where has Luo Binghe taken me?” Shen Qingqiu demands with as level of a voice as he can muster. From what he can see, it appears to be… an entirely ordinary bedroom? Unadorned and windowless, clearly unlived in, but featuring sturdy and comfortable looking furniture. A far cry from a prison.
Luo Binghe smiles mirthlessly. “So now Shizun speaks.” She reaches out one clawed finger, trailing it up Shen Qingqiu’s cheek, drawing a thin drop of blood that trails down his cheek like a lone tear. “Shizun shall stay here until this disciple decides what she wants to do with him.”
Shen Qingqiu swallows. “And what of the trial?”
Luo Binghe tilts her head curiously and flashes a sweet subtle smile. “What of it?” Turning away from him, she stalks to the lone door. Flashing him one dark look before she steps out, she continues with a sneer, “Shizun and I already know the whole truth anyways. What does it matter what anyone else has to say?”
