Summary
My Ao3 fanart hub. Will update with a new chapter when I make a new piece. SFW only, but with mature themes, so please mind the tags.
Plan is to vary between angst, fluff, design work, or me just being a fangirl as I explore various facets and flavors of Simon "Ghost" Riley.

Summary
He sighs, glancing at his reflection a few more times. He knows he could easily grab them, knows he could just pop them in and nothing would look different. But, before heading on leave, he’d been on a grueling mission, one where he wore his contacts for 72-hours straight without changing them. John knows he’s not supposed to do that, but things had happened so quickly, and his eyes were still a bit irritated with him.

Summary
Soap does his research whenever he encounters something strange. By his best guess, with what little he knows of Simon's bloody and fraught history, and from observing Ghost, he thinks he's dealing with a doppelgänger. A manifestation of something darker, a little more alien, forged when on the very edge of death, half a soul lost to the afterlife while the rest remained to power its human body, doggedly forcing itself to survive.
Depending on the culture, doppelgängers are either a ghostly mimic, or a manifestation of a spiritual twin - able to share memories and feelings, but often bringing bad luck or representing the 'evil' side of the person it haunts. In some cultures, this spirit is not malicious, but more often than not they are frightening, and cause distress to the victim of their mimicry as well as those around them.
Personally, he doesn't think Ghost is inherently malicious. He doesn't go out of his way to cause Simon trouble, or behave in any way that feels out of character for Simon aside from his Otherness, which isn't something he can help. Animals sense oncoming rain, liminal spaces cause an instinctive crawl of fear beneath the bones, and Ghost unsettles people. That's just the facts of life.

Summary
Cooing down at the older man, Johnny began the work of discarding their clothing until they were both down to their boxers. Settling firmly over Simon’s hips, he was quick to grind down, relishing in the choked moan it pulled from him. “Tha’s it, gorgeous. No one ever put ye on yer back before, aye? Jus’needed someone tae take care of ye, hmm?” Johnny teased, keeping his tone soft and tooth achingly sweet in a way that had Simon writhing beneath him.
“Please,” he gasped out, hands flying up to grasp at Johnny’s waist.

Summary
The Ghost owned few things, but all of them were equally meaningful. His personal knife collection, his mask, and his reputation. Coveted, every one of them, and Ghost would find himself growling like an abused, feral dog if someone got too close for comfort.
Truthfully, he was happy owning so little yet so much. It was the most he’d ever had to his name, and growing up like he had… One learned not to turn their nose up at simpler things in life. Simon Riley, the man who owned nothing, was dead, leaving Ghost in his wake. Ghost owned little, but what he had brought him peace of mind and he was content with that.
Every principle of simplicity he’d built up brick by brick in his mind went flying out the bloody window as soon as Johnny came traipsing through the hole he’d blown in Ghost’s walls. For the first time since he could remember, Ghost wanted.

Peak Ghoap, with the perfect amount of character study for Simon

Summary
Soap lingers, invisible. He can touch and beg all he wants, but nothing seems to get through to Ghost shutting down in front of him. All that's left to do is watch and hope that maybe soon it won't be so lonely.
