“See you later, Kaveh,” said Alhaitham as he opened the door and gave him a final look.
Kaveh’s heart skipped (yes, skipped) at hearing his name fall from Alhaitham’s mouth in that all-too-familiar tone and timbre. He managed a clipped, “Bye,” and Alhaitham disappeared from his sight.
As soon as the door closed, Kaveh slumped in his seat and covered his face with his hands. Something was seriously wrong with him.
Kaveh starts experiencing weird feelings for Alhaitham, and he suspects that he’s under the influence of a love potion.
(Spoiler alert: There is no love potion. It’s all him.)
