John Sheppard has left the Air Force, left Atlantis and is a test pilot now. A new project has him working with the Air Force again, but something goes wrong and he has to face his own demons before they get hold of him.

    I choose the archive warning because of a scene or two that might come later where John is getting hurt. There won't be any gore in this fanfic.
