Daniel---had no idea what the actual fuck was going on.
Okay. He knows what happened, kind of, but to explain it or give it the sort of detail that was needed felt impossible. Hell, he was a journalist, explaining things, putting them into context and mapping them for an audience was literally his fucking job.
