Summary
Yuuji circles back to the corpse, nudging it with his toe to make sure it’s really dead, despite Sukuna already doing that earlier. Gross. It smells like barbecue but with a hint of sewer water, something he decides is definitely not a pleasant scent.
Maybe he should take a picture, to commemorate the moment.
He takes out his phone, miraculously not burnt or broken or even cracked, and snaps a quick picture of the steaming corpse. When he opens the app, the thing is still there, shot in surprisingly high quality for his fairly used phone. Why did he think it wouldn’t show up on camera?
“Whatever,” he mutters under his breath, stuffing his phone back in his pocket and making his way back to his duffel bag. At least he’s not more tired than normal.
(later, he thinks about posting the picture online, just to see if other people really can’t see curses. his old twitter account is long gone, but there’s no harm in making another one, right? no way to prove that it’s really him. might as well compile all his near death experiences here.)or: yuuji is never caught by sorcerers, makes a twitter account, and accidentally meets megumi through it.

Summary
“I need you to bond with me.”
Yuji looked at him. His eyes slowly squinted in confusion.
“Like…” Yuji said. “Bond with you over our mutual love of Pokemon or…?”
“No, idiot,” Fushiguro said, shoving his face down into his collar as his face turned redder. “Like a mating bond.”
Yuji processed the words. Then, his eyes blew wide and his mouth dropped open comically. “Huhhh? Are you messing with me right now? Oh, ha ha, funny, Fushiguro. I thought we were being serious.”
“I am being serious.”

Or, Megumi is stuck in the Zenin Clan and doomed to a miserable life there forever. Yuji is the vessel of Sukuna and approaching his inevitable execution. Both have little to lose when they strike up a deal---form a bond so that Megumi can escape the control of the alphas in his clan, and in return he'll watch over Yuji's loved ones after Yuji is executed.
It was purely transactional. No feelings involved.
Because falling in love would makes things complicated.

Summary
There’s a new web-slinging superhero in Tokyo, but as far as Megumi’s concerned, it isn't worth dwelling on.
He has no time to dwell on anything, really, between starting life at Jujutsu College and struggling with everything from increasing amounts of homework to dealing with a ragtag group of nosy friends, an overbearing father figure, a steadily worsening caffeine addiction, a bizarre amount of stalking, supervillains attacking the city, and a roommate whose smile is a bit too captivating.
On top of that, there’s probably something up with Itadori. But Megumi doesn’t want to think about his new roommate and best friend too much— well, more than he does already.
It’s all slowly driving him crazy. And for some reason, he might be starting to feel the same way about a certain superhero he keeps running into…Series

Summary
The last flare of sunlight outside has faded into a spark at the horizon’s edge. Dusk, and the birds have come to roost—Yuuji can hear the clicking and fluttering, the gentle rhythm of their bodies as they settle under the awning outside his window. He stares out the dark glass as he attempts to calm himself, looking for a hint of foot or beak and finding nothing but the city.
It’s been one week since he fled Jujutsu Tech. Not a single person has come to drag him back.
Stripped of his cursed energy and wracked with guilt, Yuuji leaves Jujutsu Tech in the dead of night.
