“Oh, holy—” Hayden exclaimed from over Shane’s shoulder.
“Many apologies,” the man drawled in a thick Russian accent. “I would have covered up, but,” he lifted his left hand, the links of the handcuff clattering against one another, “I am a little indisposed at the moment.”
