Summary
“Has Robin always been this, uh…” There’s a pause that grows heavier the longer it lingers. “Stoic?”
Superboy sighs. “I dunno. Maybe? I only ever teamed up with him like, twice before the whole ‘Kidworld’ thing, but that was before Superman came back, so there’s a pretty big gap in between.”
“I could be wrong, but…” Bart sounds uncharacteristically hesitant, like each word is being slowly pulled out of him. “I think something might have happened to him. Something bad.”
(Five rooftop encounters between the third Robin and a Kryptonian, and one that happens deep underground.)

"Hurry," says Impa, ancient and anxious.
"Hurry," says the ghost of a woman you've mostly forgotten.
The Master Sword burns in your hands as you pull, knees trembling and sweat slick between your shoulder blades.
(People keep telling you who you are, the hero you're destined to be. Eventually, you're going to prove them wrong.)

Summary
The bond company sees the SecUnit’s sentience as a selling point, not an ethical quandary. Dr. Mensah believes that it is a person before she ever lays eyes on it. Meeting that person and folding them into their lives requires a lot of hard discussions and complicated preparations. Only some of this was covered in the rental documents.

Summary
Episode 224 of The Rise and Fall of Sanctuary Moon features a controversial B-plot and a metaphorically complicated group sex scene, so SecUnit is a little less distracted while Dr. Arada and Prof. Bharadwaj conduct their crater survey.
Later, Dr. Rhatti will call some of this planet’s fauna monsters, noting how one specimen quote “chewed SecUnit completely in half.”

Summary
Crowley drifts through the cottage, idly gathering stray cups and wine glasses with the intent to wash them only to abandon the task halfway through. Two months ago, the sight of their kitchen in such a state would make him want to scream. It makes him want to scream now, of course, but that’s hardly the kitchen’s fault, is it? Not when literally everything makes him want to bury his claws deep into his own face and scream until he can’t scream anymore.
(It's some number of days after they quit counting the days in quarantine. There's a flaming sword of thorns where Crowley's spine should be.)

Summary
Dick is usually the one taking care of everyone else and he's bad at asking for help.
So bad, in fact, that he never even actually asks-- but Jason shows up anyway.
And then Dick returns the favor. And then they both do for Tim. And it's just going to keep going from there.
It's probably Alfred's fault. When your butler mom calls and says, "Go check on your brother," you don't argue. You just do it.

Summary
Red Robin ends up on the wrong end of a dose of shitty ineffective “truth serum” that just makes him even more paranoid and clingy than he usually is.
Good thing Red Hood’s got Bernard’s number. Who cares if Tim accidentally spills a secret or two? This Bernard guy kind of seems like an idiot anyway.

Summary
If someone had asked me to pick the worst mission brief I could think of, “go and investigate a ship infected with alien remnants” would have been high on the list. If I’d had to describe the worst possible outcome of such a mission, I might’ve said, “becoming targetControlSystem”. So, you’ll never guess what happened when I joined ART’s crew to respond to the distress call from PSUMNT research vessel Gradient.

Summary
“The pit does not enter the house.”
To Ra’s al Ghul, Damian was an heir and Tim was an expendable meat-shield.
To Damian, Tim was the only thing in Nanda Parbat worth committing high treason for.
With diluted pit water burning in a dying boy’s veins, the young prince flees the freezing peaks of the Hindu Kush. Behind them lies the wrath of Ra’s and the League of Assassins; ahead lies thousands of nautical miles across the sea to a city of gargoyles and a father who doesn’t even know Damian exists.
But arriving in Gotham is only the first trial. Because while Damian seeks a father, Tim is convinced that stepping into the light will only ruin the sanctuary they fought so hard to reach.
