“Yes… a contract.” The demon hissed sweetly, trailing a bony finger up Light’s arm. “It’s been a long while since I’ve been pacted, and I’ve been very, very hungry.”

Summary
Towards the far corner of the room, he sees his duke resting on his bed, fast asleep. His bed is much bigger than necessary, a quite luxurious twin sized bed, the mattress of it being of high quality. Everything about it is, actually. It’s definitely a case of favoritism, everyone else under the emperor gets the same treatment and facilities. Turkey is just special.
His lesser would call him unprofessional for this; berate him, but he couldn’t care less about that. What worth does his people’s opinion of him hold when they’ve never even seen him? Besides, it’s worth it for the way Turkey thanked him in appreciation so sincerely and told him the next morning how he’d never slept any better.
And it’s worth it for the fact that Elanuelo can benefit from the comfort, too.

Flux grits his teeth as he walks away, because that's the kicker. That's the cruel joke Saps keeps playing on him. That idiot never gets revenge for anything. In each world, Fluixon will end up killing Saparata in some new, horrible way that he hopes will make him give up and leave him alone. He makes it violent, he makes it painful, he makes it torturous, he makes it obscene. Each time, Saparata will come back with a smile. He will continue to love Fluixon, simply and completely.
Flux hates it with an undying fire.
