Summary
At the dawn of the Fourth Age, Fingon and Finrod agree to marry for political purposes: to heal at last the rift in the House of Finwe, as best as can be done when one third of that House remains forever in Mandos.

--
An angsty, horny, tender romp through grief, self-discovery, and the (re-)building of family at the beginning of forever.
Complete.
