Summary
Six months after escaping Hydra and securing a pardon from the U.S. government for his service and heroism during World War II, Bucky’s desperately trying to dissociate from his alter ego and put his life back together so he can find some semblance of peace. When his court-mandated therapist orders him to attend an art therapy class to deal with his trauma, Bucky’s sure he’s going to hate it. Steve, the initially grumpy, high-strung course instructor pushes all of Bucky’s buttons, but he’s also smart, disarmingly funny, and remarkably kind. Although he feels like he’s been painted into a corner, Bucky wonders if Steve can help him find his way out and discover a reason to live again.
