He was just happy to be beside his brother(older, sexier, smiles more than 2009's) and didn't want to overstep his boundaries. So he just texted his children he will go radio silent and Iykyk.
He didn’t expect any difference from his past heats. This was just adding another year until his organs were given up. He has his water, vitamin water with weird stuff, some snacks and chocolate. Yes, he will be in pain but at the worst moment, he takes painkiller. Because it is bad for the organs, he does not take that drug every time but it's existing just makes him feel at ease.
So Liam had no idea that Noel would visit him.
