“Ah! Lucienne! To what do I owe the pleasure?” Titania perked up and greeted Lucienne with rather more enthusiasm than Nuala was used to seeing from her.
Lucienne approached and looked over her glasses at Titania. “It occurred to me that I have a problem which you and yours are at least partly responsible for,” she said sternly.
“What could that possibly be?” Titania tittered. Oh, Nuala was sure she knew exactly what Lucienne was referring to—that was the giggle she used when she was trying to appear innocent of some mischief she’d created. Nuala herself was still in the dark, but she trusted Lucienne and was sure she’d figure it out shortly.Nuala's hopeless pining for Lucienne and Gault is resolved by a visit to Faerie and some apple pie, and Titania and Puck solve Johanna's problem with baby Jareth, after a little prompting from Lucienne.

Summary
It is not, strictly speaking, the fault of Death and Dream that the little neighborhood where first the White Horse and then the New Inn reside is… something of an unusual place. But it does… enhance things, for two such entities to enter into a wager there, their daemons at their side. For one of them to make an appointment to return, on a set date, for as long as the man he is meeting chooses to live.
(It does something to the man and his daemon too.)
Or, Hob Gadling and his daemon navigate immortality, encounters with the magical, and complicated feelings for the Stranger and his Cat that they meet once a century. In the end, somehow, it keeps coming back to the little neighborhood where it all began.

Summary
Angels are not meant to be beings of two minds. So, the very first rule is that she is never to have a name.
Aziraphale is only allowed to manifest a daemon so that he can blend in with the humans. She isn't supposed to really be a person in herself, not like humans' daemons. But then, befriending the Enemy isn't allowed either, and they can't seem to help that. It all ties together, love and identity, from Rome to Tadfield, and what comes after.
Or: going native by way of daemonic self-actualization (and love, for that matter).
