Summary
Wile E., also known by the Navajo people as Coyote (mąʼii in their language), was a fifteen year old youth in the midst of his trials to become an adult when he made the worst possible decision, choosing a swift Apache raider (chishí) as the prey he must capture to earn a name among his people. Following a tragic outcome brought about by his own arrogance, he is forced to leave his people behind and take a vow of silence. He will not utter another word until he manages to catch the infuriating Road Runner and finally wins the right to return home.
Also known as: Navajo Coyote and mixed Apache-Rarámuri Road Runner in an eternal chase... or a bizarre courtship? Anything it takes for them both to return home as functional adults.

Summary
William Ethelbert Coyote- or as he preferred to be called Wile E. was nothing short of a genius in almost every sense of the word. He excelled in every one of his classes to the point where over achievers thought he was showing off. His craftsmanship and wonderfully possibly demented creativity put him leagues above others academically and he knew it.
Sure, the equipment at Acme University could be a little lousy, backfiring on him more often than he’d like to admit but it’s never stopped him from finding a work around. That's what he did, he adapted- bend until he snapped and he hadn’t snapped yet.
He felt no need to branch out from his current path until a few months ago. Something about life started to feel monotonous, which was in his mind the worst case scenario. Sure he was a genius but that just meant life came easy. There’s nothing fun about easy.

Students at Acme University occasionally engage in illegal street racing. Wile E, never the one to be left out joins not realizing it's not prize money he's leaving with.
