    Summary

there’s a pillow on the way that might help; there’s a lot of things on the way; a handmade crib from a scandinavian woodworker; a weirdly expensive mattress to go with it; all of the paints for the mural in the nursery; shelves, clothing, tons of things.

they have a registry that tae put together, full of things porsche sure he’s never going to use, mainly because he doesn’t understand why they even need half of it, but then again, he also reads the message boards, and every new parent thinks that until they realize that tiny diaper trash bags aren’t just because tiny things are cute.

it’s just so much, so fast; a few weeks ago, he had a blueberry baby, now, he’s got an avocado, in a week or two he’ll have a banana; and then an ear of corn; it feels like there isn’t enough time in the world.

    Summary

It wasn't supposed to happen like this.

Yok hates the fact that the pain in his side still doesn't allow him to do everything he used to, and he hates how he almost died in a black van along with his friends. He hates the fucking basket of meds on the kitchen counter that mocks him every time he wakes up. And when he gets back from school. And before he goes to bed. He hates how he doesn't see his friends as much anymore, and he hates the worried look his mom keeps giving him every time they are in the same room.

But most of all he hates the way Dan can take all that away. And how his heart can't seem to stop longing after the older man, even after everything he did. He hates how his heart flutters at the thought of him being around, and hates how much his mind keep screaming at him for ever taking him back.

    EDIT: I've added an epilogue!
