    Mobei-Jun does not speak human. He does not speak human even a little bit, as Shang Qinghua has tested by saying absolutely unholy filthy things to him that should have gotten him instantly murdered, but instead only earns him a blank, annoyed stare. 

    “My king, please, it’s only water. It’s unpoisoned, see? See, I’ll drink some. Ahh, tasty, safe water! Please, drink it? You’re sweating so much, you’re, like, melting.” He helps Mobei-Jun drink the water. “... God I really want to lick the sweat off your neck.” 

    Mobei-Jun does not react. Ahaha, this is kind of fun. Except for all the ways that it’s so fucking inconvenient.

    What if Mobei-jun and Shang Qinghua spoke different languages? What if they couldn't understand each other at first? What if Mobei-jun misunderstood the word for servant and thought it meant wife? Would it make any difference in the long run?

    This fic is so sweet and also I wanted this headcanon to be true immediately haha! I love thr idea that even when these two completely misunderstand each other, they actually perfectly understand each other. THESE TWO ARE HUSBANDS AT SIGHT!

    Shang Qinghua participates in a charity date auction at his company and is bought by his boss, to everyone shock. He's sure that his boss hates him and always has, but as they go on their pre-arranged date, slowly it seems that his boss doesn't hate him nearly as much as he thought.

    This fic is so cute and sweet. These two idiots are so in love with each other, but neither one of them knows how to express that in a normal way so instead they just pine for each other for eight years before Sha Hualing finally saves them from their own stupid selves. Very cute, much recommended!

    With a now-completely-average body, no reliable transportation, and a demon lover who's falling apart, can the great God Author Airplane Shooting Towards the Sky possibly find a way out of this mess?

    Through a series of events, Shang Qinghua and Mobei-jun are sent to the modern world, but it's not world that Shang Qinghua recognizes. It looks like the world has been destroyed, overrun by horrible monsters that were once human. Shang Qinghua and Mobei-jun have to find a way back to their world, but neither of them are well adapted to their current circumstances and things look grim. They have only one another to rely on if they're going to survive.

    This one gets really dark, but ultimately finishes with a happy ending. It's so intense but I was riveted the entire time! I especially loved how tight Shang Qinghua and Mobei-jun were despite being their weird sort of toxic selves lol

    When Proud Immortal Demon Way announced an official game, Shen Yuan expected cheap fanservice and questionable lore—which is exactly what he got when the dating simulator Hearts of the Immortal Realm was released.

    What he didn’t expect was for the game to start behaving strangely almost immediately. The “short” tutorial featuring White Lotus Luo Binghe stretches on far longer than it should. Dialogue boxes glitch. Scenes that aren’t supposed to exist begin to play. And Luo Binghe starts responding as if speaking to Shen Yuan himself.

    At least once Luo Binghe falls into the Abyss, the game can finally get back on track—letting Shen Yuan pursue a wife of his choice.

    …Right?

    Airplane releases a dating game adaptation of his popular webnovel and what is Shen Yuan supposed to do, not play it? As if. To his surprise, the tutorial includes a chance to interact with Luo Binghe as a disciple before he's thrown into the abyss! Shen Yuan, eager to get as much content of his favorite character as he can, spends as much time with Luo Binghe as he can. He's elated when it seems that he unlocks a secret path to romance Binghe by spending so much time with him and if it's a bug or a weird hack, he doesn't care. He'd take Luo Binghe over any of the wives any day! Unfortunately, his dedication to the protagonist will become a more serious choice than he ever anticipated.

    This story had big Haunted Majora's Mask vibes, if you catch my drift. Luo Binghe either possesses his own game avatar, or is brought to life by Shen Yuan's love for him, or some weird combination of the two. Shen Yuan, staying true to his oblivious roots, ignores all the warnings and emergency exit ramps until it's way too late. It has great horror vibes, while still ending with romance, which is impressive! These two weirdos really deserve each other, I think.
