    Whilst there was still hope, in the form of an unknown woman who seemed to be able to heal the rifts, was she truly a Herald for Andraste? How could she be a messenger from the Maker, when she couldn’t say a word?

    With too many nicknames and disgusted grunts to count, this is a retelling of the Dragon Age Inquisition story, with a very different Herald.

    Jason returned after three months of endless missions with the outlaws, to his favorite safe-house. No neighbors, The perfect entrance and exit to the building with no nosy onlookers. Did he mention no neighbors to hear him clumping around with his heavy uncomfortable boots at odd hours of the night? Because that feels like the most important part.

    Except, something was off, something he couldn’t quite put his finger on. It set off all paranoia that’s been ingrained in every last cell on his body for the past 20 years of his life.

    It took him some thorough searching of his apartment, the alleyway and hall. But he finally figured it out.

    He had a neighbor.

    This was NOT part of the plan. I was supposed to wake up after brain surgery and get better so I could do all the things my mom and I had been dreaming about for years. Like going to college, making friends, and traveling the world. I was NOT supposed to end up in the Twilight universe inside of Bella fucking Swan's body.

    Two months in and I can't avoid going to Forks. Renee is catching on too quickly. It's impossible to act in character all the time, especially since Bella's personality and mine are... not comparable...

    In a world of mythos, magic, and monsters, there has to be a way to get back to my world, right? Bella's fate was bound to be tangled in with the supernatural anyway, so no harm no foul. That's what I foolishly believed.

    The last thing I ever expected to find family with the Cullens...or to perhaps fall in love with a man who wasn't meant for me. What will happen if I wake up? What will happen if I never wake up?

    And how do I even begin to explain the difference between 'Bella' and ME?
