Summary
A prince and a knight shouldn’t even be together, everyone knows that.
But that’s what Phainon and Mydei are.
As a knight, Mydei has been protecting the prince for a long time and he believed that’s all he would ever be — someone who exists to keep the prince safe at all costs, until one night changed everything.
And then the next morning, Mydei found himself waking up in the bed, naked, covered in bite marks, his body sore all over, especially his back, with Phainon lying next to him, also naked. Worse, his arms wrapped around Mydei in an embrace.
That’s when it occurred; that they had slept together.

“Mydei, if I win today, will you go out with me?” Phainon says out of nowhere.
It takes Mydei by surprise, his eyes widening slightly and his mind struggling to process what Phainon had just said. Not to mention, they’re in the middle of a chaotic battlefield, surrounded by the sounds of clashing swords and agonized screams, or in other words, that is hardly the place for such a proposition. He can’t help but let out a scoff, unable to contain his disbelief. “What kind of ridiculous shit is that? Are you joking around right now? Besides… I can’t believe you’re asking me out like this.”
“No, I’m serious,” Phainon replies. “If I win today, will you go out with me?”
