Summary
It isn't unheard of for suppressants to just stop working. Bruce, with his long time of abusing suppressants, is painfully aware of this. He knows this is bound to happen one day. He just doesn't think one day turns out to be right now. But it makes sense, in a way, when he considers the presence of Clark. Of the only alpha who has gotten so close to him; of the strong, powerful pheromones he has been frequently exposed to, ever since Clark stepped into his life.
So maybe, Clark is the one who finally tipped everything off. The one triggering this inescapable heat in him. Maybe not.

Summary
Bruce Wayne is an omega. The Gotham Bat is an alpha. The tabloids love to gossip about how Bruce Wayne and the Gotham Bat must be seeing each other, since the Bat goes out of commission whenever Bruce goes into heat. And things get very complicated when some enemies of the Bat decide to abduct his little socialite omega to use as leverage.

Summary
“Most of the world doesn’t share your opinion, Mr. Wayne,” Kent interrupted, recapturing Bruce’s attention with a flicker of his scent -- sorrypleasedeference -- and an apologetic tilt of his head, baring his neck.
Bruce blinked, losing his train of thought briefly. Genuine alpha deference in public? Perhaps Alfred was right, and he was stumbling into early blocker-onset dementia.
Or, imagine solving the entire conflict of Batman V Superman with knotting.
