Summary
Wolfwood reaches into his tunic with his free hand, bangles on his wrists and arms jangling as he does so, and pulls out a small, tattered scroll.
It unrolls to reveal an awful drawing of Vash, but one that’s still undoubtedly recognisable as him. Although the fangs and spiky eyebrows are a bit much, in Vash's opinion. “This is you, is it not? Vash the Stampede—wow, that’s catchy—God of Life. Seems like your brother has a pretty hefty bounty on your head. Anyone who can stop you escaping the Underworld gets a reward.”
“Ah, well, um,” Vash says.
The Underworld is all Vash has ever known. Along with his brother, the God of Death, they rule over the souls of the dead. But after he discovers a troubling secret his brother has kept from him his entire life, Vash is catapulted into the depths of the Underworld in a search for freedom. Along with Wolfwood, a mysterious figure with even more secrets than Nai, they battle their way through every circle of Hell, finding more than they bargained for along the way

Summary
Namjoon is an elven green mage, and for as long as he’s known how to walk he’s known what exactly that means. It’s being one with nature, embracing the forest that surrounds his little town of Fernwen and having it embrace him in return. He heals the people of his town—elf and human alike, despite the differences that separate them—and spends his days trying to hawk his wares in the town market square.
His peaceful life is interrupted when a mysterious disease spreads in the forest nearby, corrupting animals into wild beasts that attack the townspeople indiscriminately. Derek sighs. He’s never been one to dance around a subject like this, and he’s not sure why he’s starting now. It can’t be that he’s scared. “She shouldn’t have said that,” he says finally. No more bullshit.
This, apparently, is all the dam needed to break. Spencer sets his mug back on the coffee table hard enough that a bit of the tea splashes over the side and onto one of Spencer’s hands. He doesn’t even seem to notice the pain, though, rising from his place on the couch and starting to pace around the room.
“I can’t believe she—” He pushes his hands through his hair. “Mourned the loss of six, what is that supposed to mean? She didn’t mourn anyone, she knew we were alive, she knew she’d get to see us again if we caught Doyle. We thought she was dead.” He scoffs. “Or, most of us thought she was dead.”
OR: spencer's friendships with jj and emily are falling apart. derek is just trying to hold them all together while silently wrestling with his own complicated feelings. it's fine. he's fine.
