Summary
Suddenly, harsh knocks reverberate through the entire bathroom, followed by the doorknob jiggling.
Kaga stiffens, and Madarame slows but doesn’t stop—both their heads snapping in the direction of the door.

That irritating voice might be muffled but it’s unmistakably Toono Masami.
Kaga decides he won’t say anything. Maybe Toono will eventually give up and resign to pissing in a different floor’s bathroom. It isn’t like he’d break down the door or care enough to investigate.
But then, despicably, Madarame slams himself down onto Kaga’s cock—and grunts. Loudly.
