    Summary

"What do you mean? I'll still be in the industry," Izuku says, voice clear and reassuring. "I'll just be behind the camera."

And that's the whole thing, isn't it? Two different sides. Katsuki will be alone on the stage. Alone in his dreams of being a film star. He hates that some naive part of him wanted them to come up together. Be one of those iconic acting duos dominating the screen–together and separately. Is it that crazy, though? They started this journey together. Spent it together for a third of their lives at this point. How will he do this without him?

Will he even see Izuku anymore?

Katsuki stiffens, bitterness creeping its way up, inevitable. "Hm. Sounds familiar."

Izuku's brow quirks, a blank expression masking over.

Katsuki just chugs the rest of his beer, exhaling when he finishes. "Sounds like Deku."

A Very Meta Actors AU - After a depressing table read for the final season of their career-defining show, My Hero Academia, Izuku and Katsuki both end up at the same bar to drown their sorrows. As they bicker, reminisce, and reconnect, they come to realize just how much their characters' journeys mean to them–and how much they mean to each other.

    The Old Fashioned Way by

Fandom Original Work, Star Wars - All Media Types

    12 Aug 2025

    Summary

Sometimes it's the Force that insists you travel in time and fix your galaxy. (The Force doesn't seem to enjoy the Sith as much as the Sith enjoy themselves.)

But sometimes it happens the old fashioned way: you just get stuck in carbonite and by some miracle you don't actually die within the first ten minutes of being thawed out.

And when Obi-Wan Kenobi gets thawed out, he has managed many things, and semi-infinite patience is certainly one of them. The question is: can he be bothered to actually put that patience into play, or is he just So Done with all this shit?

    Summary

This is an attempt to bash weird porny a/b/o dynamics fiction over the head with science. Not that anyone asked for it.

So how the hell does a/b/o sex determination work? And why did a trinary sex determination system evolve in higher vertebrates alongside a binary sex determination system? Why aren't omega males dying in droves from massive uterine infections? Alpha females, what's up with that? Come on in and I shall tell you the very best in fake science and evolutionary history.

Part theorizing, part helpful guide. This one goes out to all you people who just want fictional worlds to make sense. I'm right there with you.

    Contains information on:
[Ch1] Every single character mentioned, named or not. What facts do we know about them (as filtered through Grace's POV).
[Ch2] Descriptions and facts about the 3 most prominent vessels: the VAT, Blip-A, and Mary; including softwares and tools, and descriptions of various systems that Grace mentions explicitly. Also a list of all of the personal effects (and consumables) known to be packed by and for our space farers.
[Ch3] Notes on additional tech either made by Grace + Rocky during their mission, or supplemental tech that did not make it onto either ship.
[Ch4] Information on locations mentioned, and some notes on Taumoeba.
