Tasha a survécu à l’attaque d’Armus et a mis du temps à s’en remettre. Alors qu’elle est restée en convalescence plusieurs mois, elle reprend finalement ses fonctions à bord de l’Enterprise. Elle est surprise de découvrir qu’elle a un accès limité à certains rapports et surtout de l’attitude étrange de ses coéquipiers qui semblent lui cacher un secret.

Summary
Vera Katsarou is a muggleborn Ravenclaw. She has spent her life fighting to belong, to prove her worth and ability. It has only gotten worse with the brewing war. She is sharp and attentive and trying her very best to ignore the change she sees in the boy she once hated.
Regulus Black is a pureblood Slytherin. He has spent his life accumulating expectations he cannot meet. Alone since his brother ran away, he has questioned his family's beliefs thoroughly. But never openly. The war is a threat he does not know how to deal with.
Now it is their sixth year and the two have spent the entirety of their Hogwarts careers antagonizing each other, circling each other. She will not yield to a pureblood and he cannot fail the Black family standards. But the conflict that surrounds them now is different. They are different. Regulus cannot write her off as the overzealous muggleborn girl and Vera cannot help but see the cracks in his facade. Neither is prepared for the things to come.

She smiled brightly, dark red lips spreading to flash white teeth. "It's wonderful to meet you both. The Ambassador will be ready to depart soon; please make yourselves comfortable." Turning on the thin heels of her boots, she disappeared back into the conference room.
Captain Markot and Tacitus shared a glance. Amusement colored his Commander's expression. He reached and took the ruined cup from Tacitus. "Try to contain yourself, soldier. We're still on duty."
