“This shirt has superpowers,” he whispers to Theo. "It keeps all the bad dreams away. It doesn’t fit me anymore, but I don’t want all the superpowers to go to waste. Do you think maybe you could look after it for me?”
Theo nods emphatically. “Yes,” he whispers. He looks up at him, his tiny face sure and determined. “I can do it, Chris.”
Or, Theo has nightmares. Chris works a hand-me-down shirt-shaped miracle.

Summary
Eddie always knew he was a Guide. His parents made their hopes clear, but when he stayed dormant, their disappointment pushed him to move to LA.
