Marinette is growing more and more stressed in her everyday life, so she decides to vent to Chat Noir in her Ladybug guise...only to learn that his civilian self is a mask for his true self. This leads to Marinette having some revelations about herself, and allows her to look deep into herself before deciding to do the opposite; Ladybug must always be the mask. It’s time to show Dupont what the real Marinette Dupain-Cheng looks like.”

A story In which an oblivious Adrien is given a nearly impossible task and has to fix a problem that he didn't even know that he kind of started. The angst is high and It gets rough people! Marinette is stressed out, Ladybug is attracting akumas, the kwami are sick, Chloe and Kagami are kinda cool and Lila is an evil 😈 (enter colorful metaphor here).
As Edmund Burke says, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
This story is an example of when the good guys did nothing 😒... initially anyway. 😀This story is now complete.

Summary
Hawk Moth makes another poor akumatization decision, giving a supervillain the power to force others to make babies. He doesn’t expect it to affect himself or his son—but it does.
Things between Marinette and Adrien get incredibly awkward after The Incident, but at least they’re not alone. Half their class is in the same boat.
And just when everyone starts to be able to move on from that, they discover the ‘baby-making’ thing wasn’t just a euphemism. Babies are on the way. No one’s ready for it, but it’s happening, and they’re all gonna do their best to deal with it.
Will this be the thing that finally gets Adrien to fall in love with Marinette? Or will Cat Noir’s insistence that he loves Ladybug and doesn’t care if she’s having some other guy’s baby be enough to win her over?
