Danny retired after 20 years of being Phantom the last year of being phantom before he decided to put the mantle down and live quietly in Amity Park were he acquired a nice house at the edge of Amity, The Justice League had been chasing him and attacking him at every chance they got calling him a villain and seen him as evil.
Now the Justice League had knocked on his door asking for his help to look for Phantom as they were in need of his help not knowing that the ghost that they have been chasing a year ago was the one they needed.

Summary
In a world with both Quirks and Soulmarks, where does someone who has neither fit in? Midoriya lost his parental soulmarks when he was 10, and lost his hope for a brighter future long before that. When cruel words lead to him making a… final decision, how will he react to learn that he wasn't quirkless at all? And more than that, is having this quirk better than being quirkless?
Follow Izuku as he learns to master a quirk he never knew he needed, as well as one he never wanted. Watch how he tries to cope with his entire world falling down around him, his identities and soulmates forced into the light. Will he make it through this? Does he even want to?
This is a Deku as a healer story! This is a soulmates story! This is a sad, dark and horrible story! But it probably has a happy ending. Maybe, we’ll see :)

Summary
People get their quirks at the age of 4. This is simply nature since quirks started to appear over 200 years ago. While exceptions exist, mainly in the form of people who are born with their quirks, manifestations after the age of 4 are extremely rare. Extremely rare, however, doesn't mean non-existent.
-0-0-0-Izuku manifests a quirk of technopathy, dies, returns as an AI, witnesses the death of his mother, and discovers that All Might is a horrible person. All this in just two days.
Now, trapped in a computer, the only way for Izuku to explore the outside world is through cameras and other means of technology.
He's not about to let this stop him though. Izuku is not someone to let opportunities pass. If he can't be a pro hero, he'll be another kind of hero.
It doesn't matter that people call him a Vigilante.
It doesn't matter that the HPSC call him a villain.------
