Summary
A dark tale of obsession and budding lust. A route 0 deviation from the scene where Eito spies from under the bed on Nozomi telling Takumi her story. However instead of leaving with Nozomi after, Takumi stays and has some ‘alone time’ which isn’t as alone as he thinks.
Eito obviously witnesses this very private moment, and his body reacts wantonly, which is a new and panic-inducing development for the young man to say the least. Afterward he struggles to deal with this new more human aspect he’s discovering about himself.
Despite his attempts to attribute the moment to insanity, Eito receives a mysterious package later, a package containing some strange pills from himself that will change everything.

Summary
Eito Aotsuki was finally released from the inpatient treatment facility that had contained him for many years after he tried to kill his parents. He emerged with a brand-new cognitive disorder named after him! Well, the name is pending, but if it's approved, he'll be the first person in the world with Aotsuki Syndrome.
Of course, his release is conditional. He needs to behave and be a good little citizen without trying to act out his righteous duty to wipe out humanity, or he'll be brought right back to where he started. Eito is excited to start life as a fully functioning college student, but of course, he will have to deal with obstacles along the way.
One such obstacle is an annoying, red-haired fellow student named Takumi, whom he just can't get out of his head. When Eito is forced to attend a party wildly outside of his comfort zone, his recovery will be put to the test.
