    Summary

For six grueling months, Station 118 treated Evan "Buck" Buckley like a reckless pariah slapping red tape over his locker and abandoning him to a suffocating desk job for a lawsuit he never signed. But while his fire family left him out in the cold, an elite, fiercely protective found family was building an unshakeable fortress around him. Flanked by teacher and model Andi Wilder, her protective son Olli, and a brilliant co-parenting team, Buck discovers true loyalty. From surviving the terrifying Santa Monica tsunami to a high-stakes corporate legal victory against the city, Buck steps back onto the engine on his own terms—armed with an untouchable executive confidence, a platinum wedding band, and a son who calls him Dad. As the 118 slowly unravels under the crushing weight of their own devastating guilt, they realize the benched firefighter they exiled has become completely invincible. He doesn't need their validation anymore. He's left his past behind in the ash to guard a beautiful new kingdom that the firehouse storm can never touch again.
