“Are you scared or something?” Jack let out a short, incredulous laugh, but the sound died in his throat the second he caught the look on Robby’s face. The smile vanished. “Wait...you were scared? What for, man? It’s not like you’re a virgin.”
“For sure,” Robby muttered dismissively. He reached up to scratch at his neck, pulling at his shirt again. The room suddenly felt five degrees hotter, his clothes way too tight.
“Are you...wait, are you a virgin?” Jack searched his face, sounding bewildered, like Robby was playing some kind of elaborate joke on him.
