Or: A self-indulgent fic featuring a made-up ship that I’ve been calling Shrimp&Goat (because of their userpics, you see. Ha, ha). It started out as crack but quickly got away from me and turned into an extensive exploration of Kurosawa headcanons. Cherry Magic fans: please forgive me for breaking Kurosawa and Adachi up. It had to be done for this to work. In my defense, I’m still crazy about 10Dance, and the idea of pairing up two other characters played by the same actors proved absolutely irresistible.
Note that this is a full-blown crossover: there are a lot of references to various characters, events, and minor details from both shows, so if you haven’t watched either Cherry Magic or Then You Try Making It, it probably won’t make a lot of sense. The Post-Canon tag is for Then You Try Making It, while Canon Divergence is (obviously) for Cherry Magic: The Movie. Let’s pretend that the events of Cherry Magic take place in 2025-2026, not 2020 when the show actually aired.
