Yoongi keeps getting mistaken for an omega due to his soft comforting scent and small stature.
Jungkook is an omega who keeps being mistaken for an alpha because of how tall and muscular he is.
Jungkook has always struggled finding an alpha that is comfortable enough in his alpha position to date Jungkook. Most of them want delicate omegas they can protect but Jungkook simply isn't that omega. Additionally to the fact that alpha's wouldn't approach him in the first place because they don't know.
At least that's until he meets Yoongi.

That had been the plan. He might’ve started to regret the circumstances, but never the end result. Rex Lapis was meant to die.Zhongli wasn’t.
So why did he?
And if he did,Why was he awake now, somewhere he did not at all recognize?
