Orion groans but laughs, making his way closer to the edge of the rooftop. He bends lower, almost down on his knees. D-16 stares incredulously down at Orion, expectation filling his optics and frame threatening to sizzle and release hot puffs of steam with anticipation. “Okay. Listen. Alright. What if… what if—”
D-16 braces himself, a smile already crawling onto his faceplate, wind whistling in his audials.
Orion bounces back up excitedly, gesturing his servos to the screen behind him. “—tomorrow, we ran in the Iacon 5000! Huh?”
Orion Pax finds a love poem in the Archives, and D-16 misunderstands his intentions. A miscommunicated proposal ensues.

“I think someone’s a little antsy to be home,” Warriors narrowed his eyes, a sickly sweet smile growing on his face. “Excited to see someone special, perhaps?”
“No,” Legend grumbled, his cheeks betraying his casual, angry tone.
“My money’s on Ravio,” Wild stage-whispered to Twilight, who nodded slowly as he looked Legend up and down.
“I can see it,” Twilight replied in the same loud-whisper.
“No!” Legend cried, “and stop looking at me like that! It’s weird.”

Summary
It was a well known fact among the Heroes of Courage that Legend did not hold the goddess Hylia in high regard. He regularly cursed Her name, scoffed at Her mention, and had stolen offerings from Her shrines on multiple occasions. Not many in the group fully understood or agreed with these actions, but eventually everyone had learned to keep their opinions to themselves to avoid conflict. For the most part this agreement worked perfectly, however, it led to some misconceptions.

Summary
The Chain of eight are thrown, as they are often, into a portal with very little grace.
The only problem? They've landed in an unrecognizable castle, and seperated.
Now, a very tired, very annoyed Prince Link has to track down each member of the chain on his own, because only a hero can handle eight other heroes.
Though, Link hates the idea of being thrust into another adventure, so he omits the whole, he's the Hero of Legend and many other things, part of his identity.
This couldn't possibly cause any issues!OR- The chain meets Prince Legend, except they don't know he's a Link, and Legend has no intention of telling them so.

“You are,” Zelda corrected him. “You hate the idea of anyone knowing the truth about you, and you're scared to death that one day someone's going to let the entire country know, and you won't be able to escape it anymore.”
Legend crossed his arms and looked away, clearly unhappy, but didn't argue further.
“If he don’t want to tell us that bad,” Twilight began cautiously, “you don’t gotta -”
“Oh, yes, he does.” Princess Zelda gave Legend’s shoulder a squeeze. “He’ll have to get used to the idea eventually.”
Or: Legend has a secret. Fable is very tired of helping him keep it.

Summary
Orion Pax and D-16 were bestfriends. Everybot knew this — they were forged in the mines, bonded in the mines, and by all means bound by the mines, since they, amongst hundreds of others — many of their friends forged and bonded in these same mines — were cogless as well.
Now, what if Orion Pax actually paid a bit more attention to D's feelings?
What if D-16 actually tried slightly harder to understand what Pax was trying to accomplish?
Maybe things would be different.

D-16 has been Orion Pax's best friend ever since they both came online. Pax knows — has observed over countless rotations, quartexes, cycles — that D's strong. You kind of have to be, working in the mines.
But D — Pax has noticed, has logged, whether by his own volition or by something else he buried down cycles ago — is STRONG. Like, strong, strong. Exceptionally so in the physical department, over the average bot, even in their cogless state. D is simply on another level.
To what extent? Orion Pax has no idea.
But he's always been too curious for his own good.
...And if the search triggers his spark to thump, his helm to spin, and his ventilation systems to work overtime — well, those are just side-effects — every good discovery has those.

Darkness began to creep in and around his vision, and he could feel his whole body shaking.
Warriors' grip on him had shifted by now to a strong arm around his bicep, and was likely the only reason he hadn't fallen over yet. The world was not spinning, but it definitely wasn't holding still for him.

The team has a wake-up moment among themselves in the morgue, realizing Parker has shown them exactly who he is-a selfless, caring leader-while they haven't shown him who they are.
