There is a silence which is somehow worse than the silence that they were sitting in before. Essek makes a small sound that must be unconscious, sort of like a death rattle. Beau didn’t know such an undignified noise was in his repertoire.

Summary
Crazy:B had always been temporary. First, they were incendiaries under Rinne's control, the war dogs he used to attack the industry. Then, after they decided to actually try to be idols, the cracks in their unit gradually widened, slowly but surely exposing the issues they'd never resolved.
The bottom line is that, despite Kohaku's desperate hope, he'd always known his beautiful new life wouldn't last.
He still wasn't ready for the fall.
OR, Rinne and Niki leave ES unannounced, and Kohaku and HiMERU are left to deal with the fallout.

Summary
Asking Kiryu on a date is supposed to be a joke. It’s just another in Majima’s long list of contrived reasons for Kiryu to get mad enough at him to fight him.
So he’s thrown for a loop when Kiryu doesn’t answer by punching him in the face, but by accepting.
Obviously Kiryu’s playing along, just like he did with the bartender scheme, and with Goromi, and everything else. Majima can work with that. There’s no way he’ll crack before Kiryu does.
Or: Majima commits to the bit so hard he ends up in a long-term relationship.
